Founder partner of KDP, he was one amongst the early professionals to qualify as a Chartered Accountant in 1955.

Along with an extensive experience in the field of direct taxation and audit, he had also served as an esteemed board member on the Board of the Taxation Committee of Indian Merchant Chambers. He had a commendable track record as an arbitrator in disputes and as a mediator in family settlement matters.

He left for his heavenly abode in 2017. Through his teachings and values, he continues to guide one and all at KDP.

Mr. Kamdar qualified as a CA in 1989 securing merit position in all the CA examinations. He is trained under internationally renowned consulting firm in Mumbai. He has successfully negotiated cross border Joint Ventures and Private Equity placements for clients from varied sectors. He has played a pioneering role in expanding the Non resident Indian (NRI) and overseas corporate clientele base through constant globetrotting and extensive advisory assignments through the globe.

He has been actively involved in technology transfer from Europe to Indian entrepreneurs specifically in auto component, healthcare and F&B space. He has assisted various start-ups, software companies and E commerce players in finding right partners in India and successfully negotiated the Joint ventures.

Mr. Kamdar is an expert in FEMA and his domain expertise has been utilized by many multinationals in designing their entry strategy to India. He has been instrumental in advising and assisting multi national companies obtain specific RBI permissions to explore India market and to work with Joint venture partners in India.

Qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1996 and worked with renowned firm servicing large exporters from India. He has effectively partnered in the growth of the firm and build a strong team of professionals equipped with requisite skill set to cater to complex taxation advisory. His forte lies in corporate and international taxation. He has been associated effectively in handling corporate restructuring, structuring international transactions including Transfer pricing and working on Double Tax Avoidance Treaties. While heading the tax department, he is a 'Hands on' mentor providing useful guidance to our team and clients.

A vibrant and enthusiastic Chartered Accountant, with an explicit interest and expertise in advising overseas corporates for their indian subsidiries, he is chosen to head our corporate advisory services. He has been part of KDP family for more than a decade. He has not only successfully headed advisory assignments across business sectors, but also won accolades from the clients for assisting them stategise their entry in Indian market.

With his global travels and international exposure, Bhavya has successfully designed Transfer Pricing modules for many foreign companies while designing their entry strategy for Indian markets. He has appeared before transfer pricing authorities and have handled complex assessments dealing with international tax and transfer pricing.

With his rich experience and technical expertise, Bhavya heads international tax practise for KDP.

Harsh Sanghvi, the youngest partner of the firm - is involved in various challenging and diversified projects in the field of business advisory across the sectors. He comes with over 7 years of post-qualification robust experience in audit, tax advisory, and consulting to special investment vehicles like Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs) and Portfolio Management Services (PMS). He has also successfully set up AIFs in India.

Besides, he has successfully assisted clients during the financial and tax due diligence process while raising funds for them from Private Equity/ Venture Capital Funds. He has this unique ability - he maintains warm relationships with clients and at the same time - he maintains the highest level of professional and ethical standards in his work. Harsh has been successful in getting credit for managing the large-size celebrity fund managers AIF & PMS under his core domain expertise in audit & assurance, taxation, and FEMA regulations.

He has been associated with the firm for over a decade now since 2013. He is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). Also, he graduated from Mumbai University as Bachelor of Commerce.

Qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2014, Roshni heads our practise dealing with Foreign Exchange Laws under guidance of Mr sanjeev kamdar. Her expertise lies in advising an overseas company while setting up subsidiaries or Joint ventures in India. Besides, her expertise also lies in advising clients on setting up companies/Trusts globally.

With her in-depth and hands on experience in handling these clients, she has directed and assisted overseas corporates and Non-Resident Indians in structuring their entities and investments in India and the Resident clients in configuring their investments, assets, and entities outside India.

Roshni also specialises in appearing before compounding authorities at RBI and has successfully handled assignments dealing with Enforcement Directorate office and compounding bench.

Apart from a brilliant academic record having secured the first rank in the State and in the University, he is qualified Chartered Management Accountant from CIMA of UK and has worked with large corporate houses in Middle East for 2 decades giving him an in depth knowledge of global operations.

He has a well rounded experience in the field of Finance, MIS, Project Accounting and Analysis, Formulation of Policies and Procedures for facilitating Internal Financial Controls for large Corporations, Formulating business plans and budgets, Formulation of Delegation of Authorities to ensure effective Corporate Governance, International Accounting and Designing and implementing ERP Systems. During the course of his long career, he has travelled extensively in the Middle East and to Far East countries on various assignments.

In the field of Foreign Exchange compliance advisory, he has mastered the art of providing expert advisory to clients ranging from Individuals (NRIs, Foreign Citizens, etc.) to Corporate (Foreign Companies Investing in India and Indian Companies requiring foreign exchange compliances, Banks, etc). He has also been assisting in corporate restructuring, registering and managing liaison and branch offices for overseas clients.

Qualified as cost accountant in 1997 in India, she worked with us for a short tenure and moved to USA and completed her CPA in Boston. Returned to India in 2005 /06, she worked with us again and deepened our knowledge base in dealing with complex NRI tax situations. In this long tenure, she successfully handled various assignments dealing with setting up of liaison offices / representative offices and wholly owned subsidiaries for our overseas clients. Back in the USA, she continues to be a close part of our network and represents us in USA.

Qualified CA of 2012 batch, Pankaj heads practise of Indirect Tax at KDP. His expertise in the field of GST makes him a critical part of any company designing its entry strategy in Indian market. Pankaj has successfully assisted many foreign players plan their business models to maximise GST benefits.

Pankaj is successfully handling advisory, planning and compliance services for various large corporates on GST, VAT, Service Tax matters. He is a young professional who is an active participant of GST knowledge house of the Firm.

He has been recognised for having contributed articles on "GST and VAT/Service Tax" on popular and recognized websites like, CAclubIndia, Taxguru, Studycafe etc besides having published articles in print media.

He has successfully represented clients before tax Authorities at various levels on complex tax litigation matters.

with 25 years of experience in NRI investment and taxation, trade laws in India and structuring of mergers, acquisitions and joint ventures. He has worked as a legal consultant with Reliance Industries Limited, the largest private sector company in India as also in the International Tax department of a renowned Law firm in India. He has successfully handled joint ventures in India & abroad for our clients.

Jaydeep Mavani is a young Chartered Accountant who has handled various projects in a variety of sectors, with Innovision ranging from private equity deals, to debt syndication and valuations. He comes with over 3 years of robust experience in Equity Research, and related subjects like Valuations, Sector tracking, Financial Report Writing, Presentations and Due Diligence, to name a few.

A qualified Company Secretary having served one of the largest corporate in India, she has valuable experience in dealing with House of Companies and possesses in depth knowledge of The Company Law. She has been successfully handling company formation and various company law compliances for our clients.

Young qualified Company Secretary, Chandani manages our Incorporation Desk and efficiently manages incorporation of Companies, LLPs and other forms of entities in India. She also practices secretarial laws and handles compliance and reportings related to Companies, LLPs under guidance of Dipika Biyani, our head - secretarial services.

Qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2017, Dharshan is an important element of our direct tax team. He has advised and supported various clients on complex tax issues dealing with withholding taxes and corporate restructuring. He has successfully represented clients before the income tax authorities at various levels including CIT (A) on complex tax litigation matters. He is also involved in income tax return filing and other services for our NRI clients.

Young CA with in-depth experience of handling day to day management of Indian subsidiries, their periodical reporting to the management and compliance requirements with various Indian Laws, Deep has become an integral part of india operations of these clients. His technical knowledge and experience with Audit and direct tax function offers him an important position in KDP family.

He has been associated with KDP for past five years - started as an inturn and decided to continue the good work in our audit and outsourced accounting function! Currently a qualified Chartered Accountant he is has been the vital source of updated information in v arious fields of statutory compliances, not only for the organisation but for the clients as well. Accounting and Statutory Compliance been his forte and rightly so, he has developed into a much sought after resource in our clientele list.

Qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2002. He has a remarkable academic and extracurricular record and has previously worked with one of the renowned big four accounting firms. He specializes in FEMA, financial modeling, business consultancy and audits including internal-operational-management audits. He plays a key role in servicing our Non resident Indian (NRI) clientele.

Backbone of our existence, this dedicated team has ensured that we stay focused on our deliverables while they take care of everything else! This team has an average association with KDP of 5+ years. The Accounts team has been taking care of outsourced accounting function under supervision of our other team members. With software knowledge ranging from Tally to Quick books, this team has an enviable record of having long running associations with our clients.
